One icon for everything your assistant is doing. Every state is built from the same five shapes, so it morphs smoothly from any state to any other, and each state has its own subtle motion: dots bounce, bars listen, the spark orbits.
Ask your agent for it with the skill (node scripts/icons.mjs states --out src/components --format react), or download ai-state.js (zero dependencies, ~8 KB). React and Vue wrappers come from the skill. The static frames are in the pack as state-* icons.
The pack ships as an Agent Skill. Your agent can search all icons by meaning and add them to your project as SVG, PNG, React or Vue components, or an SVG sprite.

The skill follows the open Agent Skills format: a folder with SKILL.md, a zero-dependency Node script and the SVGs. Copy ai-icon-pack/ into your agent's skills directory (for example ~/.codex/skills/ or your framework's equivalent), or point the agent at SKILL.md.
